In response to the growing requirements of the food industry throughout California, Voit Real Estate Services and Mark Levin, a 30 year commercial real estate veteran, have teamed together to create Voit Real Estate Services - Cypress Food Group, which is based in Voit’s Roseville office.

Voit Real Estate Services - Cypress Food Group's mission is to serve the unique real estate needs of food industry companies and manufacturers. The geographic focus is the Greater Sacramento Region and the San Francisco Bay Area, while providing services throughout California. The team’s primary areas of expertise are comprehensive site searches, potential relocations, lease and sale transactions as well as governmental incentive negotiations. 

Mr. Levin’s food industry experience spans more than twenty-five years, with a significant amount of that experience coming while working with the natural foods industry. He has spent more than two decades as real estate broker and advisor for Amy's Kitchen, during which time he completed multiple lease and sale deals for Amy’s in Northern California. Other food companies represented have included Alvarado Street Bakery, Clover-Stornetto Dairies, Cowgirl Creamery, Fantastic World Foods, G.L. Mezzetta, Lappert’s Aloha Ice Cream, Star Route Farms, St. Francis Vineyard & Winery and Straus Family Creamery.

Mr. Levin draws upon many years of experience working as a consultant and advisor to a diverse group of clients, including office, manufacturing and distribution companies, commercial banks, REIT's and family trusts. Additional experience and expertise comes from years providing consulting services which has included work on office, industrial & mixed-use projects, as well as site searches and entitlement work in multiple jurisdictions.

The company has a wealth of knowledge with regards to governmental entitlement processes and incentive packages. Mr. Levin,Vice President of Voit Real Estate Services - Cypress Food Group has represented the real estate interests of Amy's Kitchen since 1993, completing multiple lease and sale transactions in California, Oregon, South Carolina and the UK. 

Other long term clients include Zeiss, one of the world's largest optics companies, Avalon Organics, a natural products company, now a part of Hain Celestial, Point Blue, a leading environmental and scientific research company and Hydrofarm, the largest national supplier of equipment for the hydroponics industry.
